  • 17 years of age to register, 18 years of age or older by the next general election and registered 30 days before the primary to vote in the primary associated with the general election.
  • a United States citizen
  • a Mississippi resident
  • a part of United States Uniformed Services, National Guard, Federal Service, or their spouse or dependent, and Emergency Responders OR
  • an eligible Mississippi voter currently overseas
